-Japanese Oritentation Island- Meltingdots Walker

Opened in March 2007, Meltingdots Walker was built and created by Meltingdots for Japanese newbie Secondlife users. Opening before the official Secondlife Japanese website, Meltindots Walker made a original orientation island, explaing how to move, menu, building objects all in Japanese. They also made free Japanese avatars in both male and female, with free items so the new users can enjoy in the Japanese community. Meltingdots Walker was the first in Japan, second in the world to open an orientation island. It has also been added to the official Linden Lab community, which users can register through the official site to Meltindots. In July 2007, Meltingdots partnered with Kadokawa, the leading mega content provider in Japan, and changed the service name to Meltingdots Walker.

Eagle Talon The Movie The Chancellor Only Lives Twice

Opened in February 2007, Eagle Talon's SIM was the first in Japan to open a SIM in Secondlife. It was also the world's first SIM to do a movie promotion in a SIM. They handed out character avatars and had movie trailer in the theatres. After the movie release, the Director of the movie, Frogman showed up in Secondlife, doing a chat event with the fans.

Suruga Bank　d-labo Secondlife branch

d-labo is a space in Tokyo Midotown for guests visiting Suruga Bank. d-labo also showed presence in Secondlife in June 2007. With the same layout of the real space, d-labo and Virtual d-labo is working on collaboration events between real and virtual.

FUJITSU island

Opening in November 2007 with 3islands, FUJITSU had a theme on each iisland they owned.
- The history of Fujitsu, and introducing their service in showrooms
- Collaboration space with their customers
- Attraction areas and Pavillions
- A research project with the Japan SHOGI Organization
